Mail It to Us
After you submit your gear list, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label that includes insurance coverage. Then, carefully package your gear, attach the label, and drop off the package at a UPS shipping center.
Receive An Offer
Once we receive and evaluate your gear, one of our team members will reach out with a fairly-assessed offer. If you choose to accept it, we can send you a check in the mail, pay you by direct deposit, or apply store credit to your next purchase. If you’re not happy with the offer, we’ll send all of your gear back, fully insured, at our expense.
